## Identity and roles
The official builder logo embeds user ID 4455686. The Gamma profile returns that ID, the exact paid proxy wallet, and xUsername bagel_win. Bagel’s website links the same X handle. These independent fields establish the app/payee join. They do not establish which person can sign for that wallet.

Alliance explicitly lists Chess Che / @chessxyz as Bagel’s founder. Both app stores name GM AI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Apple also lists QuestN under the same developer. The 168X interview describes earlier QuestN and GM Network work. Keep founder, app publisher, portfolio listing, promoter and payment account as separate roles.

## Payouts
Select every payment to 0x726f470f186ffb7f41800b3cfff95c98cba5ed4b in the previously verified four-operator census: 21 logs, 7,489.99 USDC.e, April 24–September 15. The earlier five-batch figure of 2,243.69 USDC.e is a subset, not an additional amount.

A complete paginated Polygon token-transfer history for the Bagel wallet adds 141 PUSD payments, one on every UTC date from April 30 through September 17: 48 from 0xd7a0535cd4349145ac47693803988d59c015d4ba (9,629.4294 PUSD), then 93 from 0xacec560fe65386b66afb95ec3e0c6e559c7e0582 (133,331.7977 PUSD). Both are transfer senders, not identified human owners. The chain gives no commercial label for these distributions; the official activity endpoints return no activity for this wallet. Fee distribution is a possible explanation, not a verified classification.

Every published stablecoin transfer matches a successful raw RPC receipt on token contract, transaction hash, log index, sender, recipient and exact six-decimal amount. USDC.e and PUSD stay separate. The full stablecoin ledger includes conversions and withdrawals; conversion mint/return legs are not counted again as new income. The explorer coverage file records all pagination URLs and the selection threshold.

## Archived order attribution
Reverify all 426 distinct transaction/log pairs for the Wincy-linked f595 account in the archived cluster_builder_codes.csv. Require a successful receipt, allowlisted exchange, correct OrderFilled signature and ABI length, exact maker, exact Bagel code, exact log index and block. All 426 match. This describes the archived sample, not lifetime trading or common ownership with the app. Earlier account attribution remains documented in the original story.

## Fees and promotion
Use Bagel terms section 3.2: market fee=max(0.01×order value, $0.05); limit fee=0.005×order value. Require positive order size and a nonnegative integer trade count. Examples exclude venue fees, price changes and any negotiated rebates. Maker/taker settings in the separate CLOB snapshot are not a substitute for application order-type terms.

The official website links both ambassador and high-volume rebate applications. No commission percentage or Kate/Wincy individual contract was obtained. Wincy’s direct Telegram posts record referral code WINCY; her spin-game payment statement is not independently verified. No app registration, form submission, private message or contact with any subject was performed.

The collector reuses source captures and the prior operator census. Hashes identify the captured public pages. Public receipt extracts contain only selected logs, not unrelated calldata or transfer recipients.
